about us: company history

The Creativity Partnership was founded in 2000 by Anne Miller, originally as the learning and development subsidiary of TTP Group.

Anne was one of the founders of TTP Group in 1988, and played an active part in fostering the Group’s innovative culture. She also founded and ran TTP’s Innovative Engineering sector from 1989-2000; a very successful group of innovators specialising in the front end of the innovation process. As TTP developed into Europe’s leading independent technology innovation organisation she became increasingly interested in how the ability to innovate can be developed in both organisations and individuals. She established The Creativity Partnership as a wholly-owned subsidiary of TTP Group in 2000, focussing on learning and development. The Creativity Partnership became fully independent from TTP in a spin-out in October 2004.

The Creativity Partnership has developed a successful track record in helping a wide range of organisations foster, manage and realise value from creativity. Clients include Bayer, Ernst and Young, the NHS, Procter and Gamble, Rolls-Royce and Sainsbury’s. Although much of the work is with scientists and engineers, The Creativity Partnership has also worked with groups as diverse as lawyers, senior managers in the NHS, charitable fundraisers and climate campaigners.

Work helping organisations respond to the challenges of climate change has become increasingly important in the last few years.
